I have studied a wide range of massage modalities and had the privilege of mentoring with a diverse group of bodywork professionals across the globe. Every session is thoughtfully tailored to meet your individual needs—there's no one-size-fits-all approach. Many clients, including athletes, initially come with specific concerns, such as pre- and post-operative care, chronic tension, stress, or the physical demands of an active lifestyle. As those needs shift, our work often transitions into sessions focused more on restoration and the simple enjoyment of being in your body.
My approach draws from various techniques, including deep tissue, sports massage, structural bodywork, myofascial release, and prenatal massage when appropriate—all guided by what best supports your body on any given day. Each session begins with a check-in, and together we decide on the direction to take. Sometimes, even in the midst of targeted therapeutic work, the body asks for something gentler—and we listen. Healing isn’t always linear.
I also offer facial cupping, a gentle and rejuvenating technique that enhances circulation, supports lymphatic flow, and adds a grounding, nurturing element to your session.

I’m passionate about supporting women through pregnancy and the postnatal journey. With specialized training in pelvic health, I’ve dedicated myself to understanding the female pelvis — the incredible area where all the magic of pregnancy unfolds. I’ve completed numerous certifications and training programs to deepen my knowledge, ensuring that I’m providing the best care possible. It’s an honor to help nurture and strengthen the body during this transformative time.
